Provide a safe and clean environment for employees and the public by utilizing the knowledge, skills and abilities of the County staff, in providing the best service and using the most cost effective means in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and custodial services for all county-owned buildings, facilities, and adjacent grounds and/or parks.

Facilities News -

County/City Joint Efforts pay off - It was quite a year for the County Facilities Division staff assisted by the City of Willows Public Works staff at keeping the birds out of the Memorial Park this past nesting season. Bobbé Lewis, Facilities Manager, is proud to report that they won the battle against the birds. “We aren’t really sure which of the SCARE tactics was the “driving force” at keeping the birds away this year, but we did not stop any of them to find out.” To read the whole article click here.
